Custom-Made Order Production

Custom-made order production time ranges from 7 to 10 business days. Please include this estimate in your shipping considerations.

Returns

Ready-Made

We offer the option to return ready-made jewelry within 30-days of purchase. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Custom-Made

With the proofing process, we do not offer returns on custom-made products. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the engraving, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
