Axel Roze Pets Code of Conduct

Our Code of Business Conduct serves to guide the actions of our employees consistent with our Company values. The Code helps our people do the right thing and play by the rules wherever we operate around the globe.

Every full-time or part-time employee at every level of the Company, all the way up to the executive suite. The Code also applies to controlled subsidiaries and entities in which the Company either owns a majority interest or manages operations. All employees and any others subject to the Code, must acknowledge that they have read and agree to uphold the code.

Laws and regulations can vary widely from country to country. Because our Company is incorporated in the United States, our employees are subject to U.S. law in addition to the laws of the country where we may contract work when applicable.

We take all potential Code violations seriously. Code violations may lead to disciplinary action that matches the nature and circumstances of the violation, up to and including suspension without pay, loss of merit increases or annual incentives, and termination of employment. If an act violates the law, it could result in fines or criminal prosecution. Code violations are also documented in their employee files.

We believe everyone deserves to be treated with fairness, respect, and dignity. At Axel Roze Pets, we conduct business in a responsible way, respecting the human rights of our workers and everyone we encounter.   We respect all animal rights, and our products are cruelty-free.  We believe that animals should not suffer or die to test any product. We, therefore, avoid doing business with companies that make animals suffer for their products or supporting corporations that abuse animals.

Axel Roze Pets is engaged in several community outreach programs. Giving back to the communities where we live, and work is an integral part of who we are. Through charitable contributions and nonprofit partnerships, we have invested in our communities since our inception.
